2. With your Credit Cards
You can take advantage of our online payment for all types of credit card online or online payment. Your online payment will be charged to your credit card at the end of your order. Due to possible order cancellation or stock problems, refunds will be made to your credit card within 3 business days.
3. Order Refund
If your orders are canceled due to possible reasons; ProData Computer Software Hardware and Electronics Ltd. Sti. refunds the product price to your account and / or credit card within three working days. However, you must provide your bank account information and / or credit card information accurately and completely to our company's financial authorities.
We strive to deliver the products you have ordered to the same day. The delivery time for the products that supply time is 3 working days as stated in the product details. You will be informed in case of delays delivery.
We offer Fast Delivery Service with 3rd Party, if available in Master Wholesaler or Intermediate Wholesaler stocks. 3. Shipment and logistics costs will be met by our company.
Please notify the address of the current location as the delivery address in order to ensure the delivery of the product without interruption.
Your requests will be processed at the end of the order to be prepared according to the type of delivery you specify. Products from our Bursa based company will be sent by Domestic Cargo Company.
The orders will be delivered to the Cargo company at the latest after 1 (one) working day. You can consult with our customer representative to discuss the different delivery conditions. In addition, cargo delivery is only valid for Turkey.
5. Payment Tracking
If the system is not able to perform the transaction due to any problems, our visitor is informed about the payment page.
In case of any error in the address mentioned, the order is contacted with the orderer regarding the order that could not be delivered.
The validity of the e-mail address specified by our visitor is confirmed by automatic e-mail after the order has been transferred.

Open and check the packages you think are damaged during shipment in front of the company representative you received. If you think that there is any damage to the product, do not take delivery of the product to the cargo company.
It is accepted that the cargo company fulfills its duty completely after the delivery of the product.

If you perform these operations, we will start working on your package and ensure that the delivery is repeated as soon as possible.
